Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g. customs delays, carrier issues, holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. However, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking portal.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order seems lost or delayed, please contact us at StreetHolo.Info@gmail.com within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. QR Racing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
